Office Space Dispute
2011-11-18Stealth Energy Inc. (“Company” or “Stealth”) announces that it has initiated formal proceedings against John Campbell, the former President and director of the Company, for entering on behalf of the Company into a lease modification agreement for additional unnecessary office space and committing the Company to pay rental payment of $44,280 per year for the space.
Stealth Energy Inc. is a producing oil & gas company with its field office in Billings, Montana, USA.
